Kabir Cafe is Indian based Neo-Folk Fusion band, that plays, the poetry of 15th Century Indian Mystic – KABIR, in a substrate of Indian Folk Music, mixed contemporary genres of Rock, Reggae, Pop and Carnatic music. They have played in 700+ shows in their short three and half years of existence and have toured many countries. Their songs Fakiri and Hoshiyar Rehna have been featured in Bollywood movies HINDI MEDIUM and BADSHAH, the latter having clocked more than 6 million hits on YouTube.
Kathak Rockers is crew led by Kumar Sharma . They offer a spectacular interpretation of Kathak, one of the major forms of Indian classical dance as witnessed on various platforms including many television reality shows. They inject immense energy and passion into this historic form and are famous for their unique fusion of Kathak, with different dance styles.

Toronto Tabla Ensemble is a unique and multifaceted arts organization dedicated to promoting the North Indian classical art of tabla. The organization is led by founder and artistic director Ritesh Das, who oversees the organization’s artistic vision, educational curriculum, and production activity. The organization’s aim is to share the depth and excitement of Indian classical music, culture, and history and make it accessible to all people.
Panwar Academy is in existence to offer culturally enriched structured and nurturing learning experiences. The Academy is dedicated towards the promotion, preservation and propagation of the South Asian heritage through classes in Kathak, Harmonium and Vocals. The training curriculum was prepared jointly by Hemant & Vaishali Panwar on the basis of their extensive experience in India and abroad. Academy conducts its classes all over GTA.
Mississauga Based dancer, choreographer, teacher and entrepreneur Puja Amin established Sanskriti Arts in the GTA in 2003, bringing together students with a passion for dance and extreme drive to explore their potential. Puja is Director of Sanskriti Art, President of Bollycore and Presenter of Global Dance Initiative Dance Diaries that presented many Bollywood Celebrity choreographers like Saroj Khan, Shampa Gopikrishna and Pandit Birju Maharajji in Canada and USA.
Choreographer and Artistic Director of the academy, Jenani Kumar is a renowned Bharatha Natya teacher in the South Asian Community. She started her extensive training under the tutelage of Narthana Virthaki Smt. Padmini Anand. Along with Bharathanatyam, Jenani Kumar has also been a part of countless Dance Drama’s taking lead roles. Out of passion for Bharatha Natyam, she had founded the Shilompoli Shethra Dance Academy in Canada in the year 1994
Supriya (Modi) has been singing for most of her life. She is the co-founder of The Zero Point, a popular fusion music ensemble in Hong Kong, as well as Cornell Tarana, a college a cappella group in the US.
Aditya (Jain) is an accomplished guitarist and songwriter with a passion for music production. He has performed in various ensembles and groups across India and Hong Kong.
Vedant Panwar is a child prodigy who has been exposed to music and dance from a very early age. Vedant has played the role of child Krishna in the famous dance production that has been staged at many prestigious venues. Vedant regularly sings in the community events and has accompanied Kathak performances with his singing, numerous times. He is the winner of the Junior category of the Panorama Indian Idol competition 2020.
Bailey has been brought up in Canada and has a deep passion for music and singing since childhood.He took vocal and classical training from Bul Bul Academy and has been a disciple of Ustad Hamid Sheikh Sb. He has been performing actively since the past 20 years. His heartfelt renditions are old and new Bollywood songs along with filmi and non filmi Ghazals.
Founder of Reign Yash Dance Academy, Yashwanth Koppala is a Toronto-based dancer and choreographer with 14 years of professional dance experience. He started learning at the age of five and is trained in various dance forms including Bollywood, hip-hop, semi-classical, lyrical and contemporary. Hailing from India, Yashwanth has taken part in several Indian dance reality shows and even received accolades from celebrities and dance masters.
Hema finished her dance graduation in 2015 and has since been creating new works. Her learning has expanded to new dance forms like Kuchipudi and Kathak while doing her Masters in Bharatanatyam. Dance tours to America and Europe added tremendously to her dance vocabulary and performance skills. She continues to dedicate her life to Indian classical dancing.
Ashdeep is a desi standup comedian and emcee. Comedy is his stress buster. He has been doing standup in Dubai and Canada. Full desi at heart Ash loves to make people laugh and enjoy life.
Shayre Chakraborty has been learning Kathak for the last 6 years under Dr. Anjul Sharma. She has taken part in many competitions and performances including CNE rising star and kids mega fest Toronto and won many prizes. In school, she has played major role in school plays as well as glee club musical led by Canadian actress Ramona Gilmour-Darling.
Pratishtha started learning Indian Classical music from her father Pandit Prosenjit Deoghoria at the age of 3. She is the third generation of classical musicians in Deoghoria family. Pratishtha sings Indian classical, semi classical, bhajans, ghazals, Bollywood songs etc. She regularly performs in community events. She also bagged the second runner-up position in Panorama Indian Idol junior 2019.
